  • Plan and develop integrated media schedules from start to finish
  • Evaluate new opportunities and advise internal teams and clients on the latest trends across all media channels
  • Establish and nurture media rep relationships
  • Effective rate negotiations and value-adds, as well as building custom packages with media outlets
  • Prepare and present client presentations
  • Update, monitor, and evaluate media placement performance; optimize campaigns continuously against performance metrics (using Google Data Studio)
  • Experience working in Google Campaign Manager, preparing and creating 3rd party ad tags and tracking
  • Create and submit insertion orders (IOs) for all media buys; confirm rep receipt with documentation 
  • Traffic media materials to media outlets and ad server services 
  • Assist in navigating IO/billing discrepancies and reconciling media placements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account service, creative, PR, digital accounting, to create the best outcome and meet client and agency goals.
  • BA/BS Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising, or like industry 
  • 2-5 years of experience with agency or media-related company 
  • Digital experience a must; experience working in Google Data Studio and Google Campaign Manager is a bonus 
  • Passion for advertising, strategy, leading, and experience in traditional, non-traditional, and digital media 
  • Experience in programmatic media buying in a DSP platform 
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications 
  • Experience with food, foodservice, and/or agriculture clients
