Collective Measures is currently seeking a Media Planner to focus on the planning and execution of digital display and traditional marketing initiatives. This position will be an integral part of Collective Measure's media team aiding in media tactics and supporting the execution of digital display and traditional marketing for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage internal trade desk procedures and campaign set up 
  • Research display programmatic partners and direct publishers, their evolving capabilities and related industry trends 
  • Summarize and communicate status of all campaigns with appropriate internal contacts and client teams - this includes building client-facing reports in excel and/or powerpoint with data visualization and insights 
  • Set up campaigns, including pixel generation, application of tracking URLs, and trafficking within DSPs 
  • Research audience demographics and geographic regions 
  • Assist in campaign development, implementation and all media partner communication 
  • Craft client communication regarding display and traditional tactics we are considering 
  • Monitor campaign performance and pacing, update results on a daily basis 
  • Manage vendor and in-house optimizations 
  • Work with other teams to evaluate display impact on website and search performance

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital media, especially in managing display campaigns or trading/buying in display focused platforms 
  • Experience using DoubleClick, comScore and Google Analytics—any current tool certifications are a plus 
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel—formulas, pivot tables, creating efficiencies 
  • Strong knowledge and background in metrics and results-driven optimization is vital 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines 
  • A data-driven, independent, and analytical approach to problem solving 
  • The ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment 
  • Self-starting, positive work ethic, to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility
