Celtic is looking for a media planner/buyer to manage all aspects of the paid media process. The candidate will work closely with account teams and clients to ensure all paid campaigns are on target and generate results. Please see the job description below for more details.  

Here are the details.

  • Develop strategic media plans for a variety of B2B/B2C clients
  • Contribute to internal and client planning meetings
  • Request and evaluate proposals from media vendors
  • Present recommendations to clients for review and approval
  • Negotiate the placement of traditional and digital paid media
  • Research ongoing paid media and market trends
  • Provide details for trafficking and ad fulfillment for all placements
  • Reconcile media invoices to media buys for accounting and billing purposes
  • Provide clients with monthly metrics reports and post-flight follow-up
  • Review campaign results and optimize as needed
  • Continuously seeks new opportunities for clients
  • Cultivate relationships with media industry professionals

Here's what we're looking for.

  • 2-3 years of agency experience buying broadcast and digital media
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related degree
  • Knowledgeable of Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
  • Able to think critically, analyze data, make difficult decisions, and solve problems
  • Able to work competently under tight and/or unpredictable deadlines
  • Proficient with Office 365 apps including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
