Rihm Family Companies is looking for a Media Production & Graphics Specialist who possesses a strong interest in videography, photography, and graphic design. Media Production & Graphics Specialist

The Media Production & Graphics Specialist promotes Rihm Family Companies (RFC), its products, services, and unique value proposition to help drive business, increase the strength of the brand, and reinforce our position in the marketplace. You will report directly to the Marketing Communications Manager on a wide range of projects and job responsibilities, which includes, but is not limited to, videography, photography, and graphic design. This in an in-office position is based at RFC’s Corporate Headquarters in South St. Paul, MN.

Job Functions/Responsibilities

  • Production, editing and delivery of photography, videography, and graphic design 
  • Produce high quality digital media content on topics ranging from instructional to storytelling 
  • Compose shot lists, create storyboards, and organize photos and videos to be captured 
  • Write scripts, interviews, and other material for videos 
  • Create animations and video for demonstrative and educational purposes 
  • Coordinate and seek talent to participate in and subject matter for photos and videos 
  • Design and create graphics for social posts and promotions 
  • Ability to bring artistic vision to content creation 
  • Provide additional support to the Marketing Communications Manager

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of educational and/or work experience with photography, videography, & graphic design 
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, and related application skills 
  • Excellent PC skills and proficiency in business applications 
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, etc. 
  • Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work 
  • Excellent eye for detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, or related field 
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills 
  • Experience with design software, including InDesign, Photoshop, PremierPro, etc. 
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines
