Overview:

Create, produce, and make readily available video/photographic content, aligned with Titan’s brand and strategic marketing initiatives, to be used across multiple advertising channels and convey key messaging to target audiences. Work closely with Marketing Team and other Titan Teams to achieve organizational targets and goals.

Responsible for all aspects of producing professional-grade video to be used to support Titan’s marketing goals including:

  • Developing the concept and brainstorming unique ideas for production
  • Creating storyboard, lay-outs, and detailed shot lists
  • Coordinating with Titan stores and teams prior to shoots
  • Shooting footage and conducting interviews
  • Drafting scripts
  • Editing for time, content, channel
  • Adding all required graphic effects, voiceovers, sound tracks and transitions
  • Delivering final product formatted for the channels being targeted

Create and provide professional-grade photos of our stores, employees, customers, and equipment that will be used in a variety of advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple channels

Manage and upload creative assets to the Digital Asset Manager (DAM), ensuring content is readily available and accessible to Marketing and other Titan Teams

Operate a drone to capture video and photographic imagery

Produce and edit content for Titan’s Learning Management System (LMS), Bridge

Work with vendors in a professional manner to receive and provide assets including photos, videos, and logos

Work collaboratively with the Marketing Team in a productive and creative environment, including working with Creative Program Manager to manage projects, timelines, and activities within Project Management System

Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments

Other duties as assigned

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in Media and/or Video Production and/or related work or military experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to take a concept, shoot the footage, and produce it into a professional finished product 
  • Must have a good eye for shooting photos and videos – perspective, foreground / background, lighting 
  • Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently 
  • Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict 
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment 
  • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees 
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and work flexible hours

Preferred:

  • Degree in Marketing Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent
