We're seeking an entry-level Media Specialist to join our Media Team. You will be responsible for assisting with the paid media efforts for a national public health campaign addressing Black/African American audiences. We work as a team, so we are looking for someone with a demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate well with others.

What you will do:

  • Traffic the creative assets needs to execute a media campaign, including broadcast tv, radio, print, digital, social, and OOH. 
  • Track progress of creative being used and recommend ad exchange or creative refresh in order to ensure maximum campaign results. 
  • Obtain formatting and ad specifications from media partner, traffic instructions to vendors and media partners, ensure correct ad runs. 
  • Provide administrative and clerical support. 
  • Help build rapport with clients and media outlets. 
  • Assist media planners and buyers in research, implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting of media campaigns and media projects. 
  • Provide data entry, invoicing, account maintenance, and help where needed.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Desire to assist in the planning, buying and trafficing of paid media for a major national public health campaign.
  • A strong analytical mind Ability to work well within the fast-paced environment of a growing agency. 
  • Highly detail oriented Knowledge of and ability to work with diverse audiences.
