- Mastery of media planning fundamentals. Skilled at outlining segmentation of media budgets, audiences, and media mix to inform tactical planning.
- Ability to present complicated media plans in a simplified form to clients.
- Excels at developing and maintaining great relationships with media partners.
- Savvy at negotiating ad rates and value-added benefits.
- Ability to distill paid media results into an understandable format and offer unique insights into the role paid media plays in helping our clients succeed.
- Oversee media administration on assigned accounts to ensure campaigns are delivered within budgets, billed appropriately, and reported accurately.
- Mentor and advise other members of paid media team, guiding and championing knowledge growth of others on the team.
Knowledgeable about:
- Ad serving technologies
- Programmatic media buying and geo-based advertising campaigns
- Search Engine Marketing and Search Engine Optimization
- MarTech evaluation
- Understanding online audience behaviors and trends
- Experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Campaign Manager
