Aisle Rocket is seeking an Media Strategy Supervisor who will be a strategic guide and relationship driver for our top clients. This position will lead clients through strategic discovery and manage day-to-day relationships. They will work with the internal team to present and deliver results driven initiatives that are timely and in scope. Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate long-term relationships and forge strategic partnerships with day-to-day clients and other key decision-makers through social and professional engagement 
  • Be a leader. Serve as the client facing lead for multiple accounts, while internally motivating, innovating and inspiring teammates 
  • Drive all phases of the project lifecycle for his/her/their account/s from delivering strategic plans to gaining client buy in and alignment on objectives, goals and KPIs 
  • Leverage a deep understanding of all digital channels (paid social, programmatic, CTV, digital audio, SEO, UX, organic content, email) and partner with the Media Execution Team to develop and implement full-funnel marketing plans 
  • Collaborate with various internal teams including but not limited to business intelligence, analytics and applicable channel leads to inform planning, strategy and measurement 
  • Oversee and manage campaign performance by owning pacing and delivery to goals - lead the optimization of digital campaigns to ensure client objectives are exceeded 
  • Collaborate with channel leads to leverage campaign insights and campaign best practices to continuously reshape the media plan to maximize outcomes 
  • Translate insights into actionable next steps to continuously improve campaign impact and incorporate key learnings and new opportunities into ongoing media strategy updates. 
  • Implement new testing strategies for clients by leveraging key findings from platform performance and test outcomes to continuously refine and pivot testing objectives. 
  • Organize, construct and lead the build out and delivery of client presentations, including Quarterly Business Reviews with the support of your internal team. 
  • Conduct and manage weekly client status calls to ensure all client needs are being delivered on 
  • Own or oversee client scoping, billing, reconciliations and forecasting for internal purposes

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 
  • 5+ years of media or digital account management experience 
  • Proven success developing and maintaining superior client relationships, delivering results and anticipating roadblocks 
  • Demonstrate a background in drawing actionable insights from industry trends and data 
  • Solid understanding of paid, earned and owned media channels including but not limited to Meta, Tradedesk, Basis, Google Analytics, etc. 
  • Strong attention to detail, writing and presentation skills 
  • Superb leadership and management skills 
  • Superior project management, communication, and critical thinking skills 
  • Proven track record managing multiple priorities and deadlines 
  • Project life cycle experience of marketing campaigns 
  • Previous agency experience preferred
