Position Details

Media Supervisor
Twin Cities Metro
Minneapolis, MN

The Media Supervisor is a key player in the development and execution of media plans for a diverse portfolio of clients. The position requires you be both an independent thinker and team mentor, as well as someone who can marry innovative solutions with in-depth media knowledge and executional rigor. As a full-service agency, we prioritize diverse, unique experience, and above all creativity.

This position typically requires 5-7 years’ prior digital and social media planning experience.

  • Lead communication with clients and outside vendors to facilitate development and execution of media plans
  • Develop and execute creative multi-channel media solutions based on client needs 
  • Steward the execution of plans, goals, and budgets 
  • Support media strategy development 
  • QA in platform and review team channel recommendations 
  • Oversee traffick and tag planning and implementation across all applicable  channels 
  • Manage day-to-day client requests 
  • Work closely with measurement team to design, build, and implement measurement plans and report on learnings 
  • Build and analyze target audience using syndicated tools and in platform 
  • Evaluate vendor proposals/working with internal buying teams to facilitate media buys Work with both client and in-house creative teams to bring ideas to life (e.g., activations, high impact units, or custom programs) 
  • Present in varying degrees across client presentations (planning, reporting, etc.) 
  • Staying current media trends and platform changes 
  • Work with AMD and GMD to identify Publicis Groupe solutions and opportunities within the media plan 
  • Manage planners and assistant planners to help build recommendations and execute campaign 
  • Lead internal brainstorm sessions in the strategic development process Lean into new business pitches as needed


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Ability to think creatively on your feet and problem solve
  • Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook 
  • In-platform experience within Meta, Twitter, Google Campaign Manager 360, and Google Ads required 
  • In-platform experience on Snap, TikTok, and LinkedIn is a plus 
  • Expert in digital media buying software (e.g., Mediaocean/Prisma), analytics (Comscore, Google Analytics), and trafficking (Google Campaign Manager 360) 
  • Expert in media-related planning tools (e.g., Comscore, Nielsen, Vivvix, Pathmatics, etc.)
