The Membership Experience Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing programs, projects and activities designed to attract new members, retain existing members and enhancing the overall experience at Tuckaway Country Club. In this role, you will help develop an overall communications strategy, become an ambassador for the club and work to heighten the overall brand awareness within the community through networking and building relationships with various organizations.

  • Develop and implement prospective member recruitment strategies, programs and initiatives including the development of an overall CRM strategy.
  • Field all prospective member inquiries across multiple channels including email, social media and phone.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members and assist in fulfilling application requirements.
  • Create and maintain an orientation and onboarding program for all new members.
  • Build strong relationships with members by actively listening to their feedback, understanding their needs, and providing personalized support.
  • Maintain a high level of visibility while serving as the main point of contact.
  • Maintain the clubs database and member’s files.
  • Conduct periodic surveys to gauge member satisfaction.
  • Create content for monthly internal newsletter.
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality or Resort Management, Communications, Public Relations or related field. 
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Customer Experience Specialist or in a similar role 
  • In-depth knowledge of customer engagement platforms, tools and channels 
  • Proficiency in CX and CRM software a plus 
  • Strong internet and social media skills 
  • Impeccable writing skills and a high attention to detail 
  • Excellent relationship building skills with a high level of empathy 
  • Passion for helping others 
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with with administration, employees, members, guests and the general public 
  • Ability to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively
  • Base salary range of $58,000-$62,000
