Primary Objective & Scope of Position:

Primary Planning and executing paid marketing campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. Analyzing data on ad spending, revenue, and user/customer behavior. Setting and managing campaign budgets, goals, and KPIs. Provide insights regularly from current and historical data and trends.

Meta Ad Specialist Essential Functions:

  • Planning and executing paid marketing campaigns on Facebook & Instagram 
  • Analyzing data on ad spending, revenue, and user/customer behavior 
  • Setting and managing campaign budgets, goals, and KPIs 
  • Provide insights regularly from current and historical data and trends 
  • Recommend and execute experiments to improve learning across marketing creative and communication 
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links 
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices 
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing Meta ad campaigns 
  • Proven experience in creating and managing successful Meta/Facebook advertising campaigns 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions 
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing principles, ad formats, and targeting options. 
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the creative team and other business partners.

Preferred but not required:

  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms to streamline campaign 
  • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to drive results. 
  • Knowledge of a holistic understanding of other paid ad platforms
