The Pabst Theater Group is seeking an individual who is highly organized and a great communicator for our Multimedia Graphic Design role. The ideal candidate will possess the technical skills needed to thrive in the position and will also need to have the ability to manage multiple tasks, be detail-oriented, be an engaging self-starter and conceptual thinker.

Responsibilities:

  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to strict deadlines 
  • Localize artist provided art and video files for Social Media, Website, Email Templates, In-House Displays, Outdoor Advertising, Flyers and Posters 
  • Manage all details of design projects - spec sheets, designing the artwork, handling revisions and approvals, and file delivery 
  • Create engaging artist/event videos to help promote rental spaces, events and sponsorships 
  • Develop engaging Social Filters for Facebook, Instagram and other platforms 
  • Assist with additional day-to-day Graphics tasks as needed 
  • Work with existing creative and deliver supporting designs, as well as create original designs based on supporting strategy and brand guidelines 
  • Build event pages and help maintain content on company website 
  • Disseminate emails to our e-database using existing templates and create new templates as needed 
  • Design Merchandise

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Adobe Premiere and HTML + CSS experience a plus 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or experience in relevant field 
  • Proficient computer skills including Google docs, Microsoft Excel & Word 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a range of people from different backgrounds 
  • Other general qualities would include strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, ability to work autonomously and strong analytical thinking skills

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation for this position would be commensurate with other salaries in the industry and would also include health and dental insurance as well as participation in the company 401k program.
