We’re looking for a powerhouse visual creator, someone who lives and breathes video, photography, design, and storytelling, and wants to put those skills to work making a real-world impact. If you're a hands-on multimedia content producer and filmmaker with an eye for cinematic detail, a flair for advertising, and a passion for purpose-driven work, this could be the role that changes everything for you and the future of transportation.

At the heart of our company is a creative marketing team that does it all. We speak to the world’s first responders, transportation agencies, towing operators, policymakers, automakers, and the everyday drivers who rely on them. Internally, we support a fast-moving team with visuals, campaigns, and brand storytelling that keep everything aligned and inspired.

We have stories to tell, and a lot of them. We need a sharp, imaginative, and agile creator to bring them to life through video, photography, animation, and motion design across every channel: web, social, print, sales, product, and beyond.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the full production process: pre-production, production, and post. That means planning, storyboarding, shot lists, filming, editing, animating, and final delivery.
  • Act as a one-person production crew on shoots, handling lighting, audio, direction, and more.
  • Produce a wide variety of content, from cinematic brand films and testimonials to product explainers, documentary-style stories, dynamic advertising, live events, and on-location field shoots.
  • Create motion graphics, sound design, and typography treatments that bring every project to life.
  • Travel frequently for shoots and be flexible and fast-moving in response to shifting production needs.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as a video producer or multimedia creator, with a strong, diverse portfolio spanning video, photography, and motion design.
  • Proven experience directing talent, managing shoots, and building content from concept to completion.
  • Skilled in editing, color grading, audio design, and soundtracking, with strong motion graphics and typography capabilities.
  • Experience with scripting, storyboarding, and concept development for branded content.
  • Able to work independently, handling camera setup, lighting, grip, and gear management.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and platforms to create more effectively and efficiently.
  • Drone experience required, along with a Remote Pilot Certificate (FAA Part 107).

Brownie Points:

  • You have a valid driver’s license and a reliable mode of transportation

Must live in the city of Chicago!

  • This is a full-time contract-to-hire role with the potential to transition into a salaried position with benefits. If you’re not available to travel frequently, pivot quickly, or occasionally shift personal plans, this likely isn’t the right fit. But if you’re ready to hit record on the next big chapter in your creative career, submit your portfolio and let’s get to work.
  • Although only 2 days are required to be in-office (Tuesday/Wednesday) you are welcome to use our space to work whenever you'd like. We have an excellent neighborhood office space in the Lincoln Park area with free street parking.
  • Base salary of $65,000 - $85,000
  • 40 hours per week
  • Unlimited PTO (available upon transitioning into FT position)
  • Stock Options (available upon transitioning into FT position)
  • Health, Dental, Vision insurance (available upon transitioning into FT position)
