Office Administrator

If your friends would describe you as Type A, the pal who always orders food for the table, the traveler with a bulletproof itinerary, the person who organizes their closet by color or the friend to turn to for help in a pinch - you’re just who we are searching for.

We’ll surround you with an inspired crew of high-quality humans, a beautiful lake right out the door, a fancy schmancy bar across the hall, and all of the dogs and perks you’d expect of a new-fangled workplace.

This is a part-time position with potential to transition to full-time. Work hours are flexible and may change based on weekly demand but will require 15 – 20 hours per week. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience.

• 3+ years in Office Management and Administration (agency experience a plus) - including: phones, mail, client service, supply inventory, internal event coordination, staff assistance, computer/printer assistance, etc. 
• Excellent listening and distillation skills 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Resourceful and relaxed, with a great sense of urgency and initiative
