The Paid & Owned Media Manager will be accountable to generate leads through paid media, paid social and marketing automation tactics. The role requires knowledge and understanding of various advertising platforms, from PPC, Social, DSP, Display/Programmatic, CTV for a variety of KPIs - CPA, CPL, with the ability to provide evidence of measurable lift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship with the digital agency and partners to allocate and track pacing of paid media spend, ensuring performance on established KPIs. 
  • Lead successful/timely set up and optimization of paid media and email campaigns, ensuring appropriate tagging through a partnership with the Analytics team. 
  • Manage account-based marketing (ABM) program through close partnerships with internal stakeholders and partners. 
  • Create marketing automation programs to move leads through the funnel to a MQL and SQL. 
  • Constantly analyze campaign performance to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and audience journeys while exceeding KPIs. 
  • Manage, coach and develop direct report, ensuring all customer touchpoints and activities are being captured in our CRM and Marketing Automation systems. 
  • Work closely with content and creative teams to ensure messaging and visual assets used in campaign landing pages are optimized for conversion and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills combined with a successful record of digital paid media performance across a variety (full-funnel) of KPIs, including lead generation (MQLs) 
  • Solid understanding of industry trends and challenges such as cookie deprecation, digital consumer privacy compliance, dynamic tagging, asset trafficking and audience messaging. 
  • Ability: to work in a fast-paced and changing environment to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to manage a team through coaching, developing and mentoring

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of direct impact work experience in digital paid media and marketing automation. 
  • 2+ years managing direct reports.

  • Paid Search/Display, Paid Social (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc), Email, Programmatic, Account Based Marketing, CTV, CDP
