- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related business field; coursework providing data-driven marketing experience
- 2-4 years of marketing experience in a performance-based culture
- Must be comfortable with basic data analysis
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Project management experience
- Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, Campaign Manager, DV360, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords
