Position Summary:

This position is responsible for building out ad campaigns in several digital advertising platforms including Google AdWords and Facebook/Instagram. This position will manage a schedule of campaign launches, ensuring that the campaigns for different races/events launch on time and within specifications. This position is designed to learn the fundamentals of marketing creation, ROI analysis, and execution process in a performance-based culture.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Builds, launches and analyzes paid digital ad campaigns in Facebook and AdWords platforms, among other digital platforms 
  • Partners with internal creative team, directing marketing asset creation from concept through delivery 
  • Measures marketing performance against defined metrics, partnering with internal channel and analytics teams 
  • Packages and delivers campaign results to key stakeholders in an effective, timely manner 
  • Tracks and monitors multiple budgets and collaborates with business & technology partners to align marketing strategy with pricing & operational strategies 
  • Develops, executes and reports on testing plans that drive improved performance

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related business field; coursework providing data-driven marketing experience 
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience in a performance-based culture 
  • Must be comfortable with basic data analysis

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets 
  • Project management experience 
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, Campaign Manager, DV360, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords
