Motorola Mobility is looking for a Paid Media Lead to join our new team in the Chicago area.

In this role, you will work leading the internal media team. You will play a critical role in ensuring a successful planning, execution, day-to-day operation of digital media activities and working directly with other stakeholders in the company as sales teams and other marketing areas. You will help generate continuous growth for Motorola via digital media by making data driven decisions, brainstorming different approach, working on the briefs and the media strategy for the year, creating actionable recommendations based on historical and current data trends. You must be a strategic thinker and planner with a deep understanding of data analysis, advertising technology and platforms, and acquisition channels. You will be responsible for leading all the internal media execution and planning to support the business and Motorola brand.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Economics, Marketing, Communications, Finance or quantitative field. 
  • Strategic Planning and Communication 
  • At least 3 years of experience in agencies leading accounts 
  • Experience working directing within channel specific ad managers (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, google, etc.) to set up and execute paid media campaigns. 
  • Work closely with other media channel teams to provide insights and recommendations that align with, or enhance, business strategy. 
  • Work closely with the ad operations and analytics teams for all tagging and reporting requirements. 
  • Analyze verification data to improve the quality of impressions purchased 
  • Proactively monitor campaign activity for delivery, ad quality and performance. 
  • Pull reporting and identify optimization opportunities to implement both in real-time and long term. 
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure ideas are capable of breaking through and tapping key cultural or media trends
