Position Details

Paid Media Manager
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

The Paid Media Manager leads the RyTech paid team on new and existing advertising campaigns, focusing on growing clients presence, relevant traffic and conversions on a variety of new and established channels. The Paid Media Manager should be well versed in commonly used ad channels such as Google and Bing while continuously learning about new potential channels that may fit a client's target market. This position will also assist and lead in monthly reporting, new campaign strategy, and project management for all new and existing clients.

This job will be based out of our Milwaukee, WI, Illinois, or Washington, D.C offices. Applicants must reside near one of our above mentioned offices. RyTech is currently operating on a hybrid remote work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
  • Strong understanding of the workings of Google & Bing Ads interface, Google Ads Editor
  • Experience in Google Analytics with data analysis skills 
  • Experience in Google Data Studio/Google Tag Manager preferred 
  • Create dynamic advertising campaigns with the goal of getting clients in front of their potential customers 
  • Understand effective channels to target a clients ideal customer 
  • In-depth understanding of keyword research, audience research, and the ability to manage cost effective keyword targets/keyword groupings based on competitive metrics 
  • Ability to identify issues with search/social campaigns, creative, targeting or landing pages and effectively communicate and fix these issues 
  • Manage team of Advertising Associates, identifying individual strengths and ensuring each person is in a position to succeed for our clients 
  • Oversee & lead in biweekly or monthly reporting, as needed for clients across a variety of verticals 
  • Google Ads Certification (required), additional advertising certifications not necessary but preferred 
  • Google Analytics Certified preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in PPC. 
  • Experience managing a team. 
  • Comprehensive data analysis and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to devise strategic recommendations based on findings. 
  • Strong project management skills.
