All About You:

The Social and Digital team at The Stable are researchers, analysts and strategists, using data and creative thinking to market to audiences. As the Paid Media Manager, you bring your media planning and placement experience and ideas for how to reach key audiences with social and digital paid placements. You are excited to learn about new placement opportunities and like to stay up to date on the latest technology to advance paid strategies. The idea of working on a variety of brands, both large corporations and startups, targeting different audiences excites you.

The Job:

As the Paid Media Manager, you will:

  • Plan social and digital ongoing advertising and campaigns to meet client’s objectives 
  • Set KPIs and goals for advertising executions 
  • Client communication, including presenting paid plans and reporting 
  • Manage the execution of ongoing advertising and campaigns, including collecting all assets and copy 
  • Monitor campaigns and execute optimizations for performance 
  • Research and identify emerging trends in the industry and new advertising opportunities 
  • Collaborate with team to ideate opportunities for brand strategy, including for brand or product launches 
  • Analyze performance and create reports on advertising executions

The Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of digital and social media planning and program management experience 
  • Past agency or retail-based brand experience 
  • Background in creating media strategy and plans for ongoing advertising and campaigns across multiple platforms 
  • Experience placing ads through Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads, as well as other platforms like Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, etc. 
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in data and research and experience using tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Spredfast, Statista, etc. 
  • Interest in expanding capabilities as new advertising opportunities enter the market 
  • Ability to manage efforts for multiple clients 
  • Work with retailers, brands with retail presence, or e-commerce is a plus
