Paid Media Specialist

Perrill is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our talented and growing team of digital marketing experts.

What you'll be doing:

In this role, you will be helping our clients achieve success by developing and implementing paid media strategies. Day-to-day work in this role includes:

• Develop paid media/digital advertising strategies and campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Facebook, Bing, LinkedIn) 
• Plan, implement, manage, analyze, and optimize paid search engine marketing campaigns and/or paid social marketing campaigns 
• Measure campaign performance 
• Attend client meetings 
• Present discoveries to team members, department lead, and clients 
• Work collaboratively with specialists, strategists, account managers, and clients in deploying paid media strategies 
• Identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:

To be successful in this position, you must possess:

• 4-year degree in marketing, business, or a related field 
• 1 to 3 years of related work experience, especially in Google Ads 
• Passion for digital marketing 
• Strong written and communication skills 
• Attention to detail 
• Desire and demonstrated ability to learn 
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment 
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Experience with data analysis 
• Desire to lead

Extra Credit:

• Google Ads certification 
• Google Analytics certification 
• Ecommerce experience 
• SEMrush or other relevant experience with marketing tools
