We seek a collaborative, multitasker who can apply their academic and real-world experience to help us provide unique artistic experiences to our community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Social media scheduling, community management. Sprout Social knowledge preferred.
  • Simple design updates/requests. Photoshop/Illustrator moderate skills preferred.
  • Photography needs - shot lists, coordination, etc. Some photography may be required.
  • Press release/media alert draft and distribution. AP style understanding required.
  • UPAF marketing request coordination
  • Website updates: SquareSpace knowledge required.
  • Research for Group Sales & Partnership Opportunities
  • Track advertising delivery timelines and results
  • Email creation and tracking. Constant Contact experience preferred
  • Database and List Management
  • Manage and curate communication calendar for the organization
  • Post-show survey creation and data gathering
  • Upload all shows/performances/key dates to Community Calendars
  • Maintain overall marketing calendar and manage incoming requests/deadlines
  • Event staffing and coordination support -- rentals, catering, etc.
  • Coordinate show programs
  • Other duties as assigned by Director of Marketing

At least Junior or Senior status in college. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, and will have a knack for storytelling and creating extraordinary experiences. We are specifically looking for someone self-driven who’s interested in learning all things marketing and communication.

Reports to: Director of Marketing

Type of Employment: 25 hours per week/Hourly for one semester (renewable).
