Paid Search Analyst

BVK is seeking an individual who can plan, prepare, execute, and analyze paid search campaigns. Handle management of paid search and SEO campaigns for agency clients. Analyze data and use data to drive optimization. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail. Aptitude to come up with new ideas. Handle multiple accounts across different industries. Proven record of delivering paid search campaign results.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and manage paid search campaigns using Google AdWords and Bing Ads 
• Conduct extensive keyword research, analyze, and test keyword performance across multiple channels and accounts 
• Manage multiple accounts including high budget accounts 
• Communicate with clients to report progress, answer questions, and provide strategies 
• Write ad copy 
• Continuously testing and optimizing campaigns 
• Ensure proper allocation of client’s budgets 
• Devise relevant solutions for paid search campaigns 
• Grow new business accounts into multi-year account

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 
• 2-4 years of paid search management experience 
• SEO experience required 
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads, Google Ads certification is preferred 
• Google Analytics experience is preferred 
• Creative and results-oriented mindset 
• Exceptional communication skills 
• Desire to work in an agency environment 

POSITION KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
