As the Paid Search Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of our paid search strategy, budget, and optimization. You’ll focus on conversions all the way through the end of the sales funnel with continual testing and improvements on keywords, ad copy, and landing pages. But it’s not just the tried & true PPC that you know so well. You’ll also be taking on cutting-edge MarTech integrations and 1:1 paid social advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, analyze and report on paid search marketing campaigns (brand, prospecting and remarketing)
  • Monitor brand, viewability, ad quality and keyword performance in search campaigns
  • Continuously monitor and evolve paid search strategy to better organize and improve performance
  • Conduct weekly competitor search and keyword analysis and report on it quarterly
  • Create and maintain negative keyword lists and a website blacklist
  • Work with marketing team members to build out search ad and landing page copy
  • Optimize and test landing pages and conversion tracking
  • Increase quality scores and reducing CPCs
  • Perform regular creative testing, analyze data and make recommendations
  • Work with product and marketing teams to build addressable custom audiences for marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook and Google)
  • Report on paid search performance to marketing team and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience running sophisticated AdWords programs, ideally in a B2B environment
  • Proven success at generating positive returns - not just stopping at CPA/CPL
  • Google AdWords certification preferred
  • Experience with other paid search platforms (Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience and ability to analyze large sets of data
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with multiple teams
  • Up to date on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies
  • Analytical skills and ability to identify, interpret, and use analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasker with great time management skills
