Paid Search Media Specialist

This Sr. Paid Search Specialist role will join a growing team and organization to lead all Paid Search Marketing. This role is responsible for generating revenue through Paid Search programs and execute the day-to-day tactics to increase the effectiveness of Paid Search campaigns. This role will work with the Paid Media Manager as well as other members of the Marketing and Ecommerce teams to maximize results.


  • Take ownership of day-to-day management of Paid Search accounts across top platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). 
  • Create and manage Paid Search campaigns across Google & Bing, with the potential to expand responsibilities to other emerging channels, to increase ROI, ultimately driving ecommerce sales at profitable ad ratios 
  • Effectively manage Paid Search budgets by tracking, reporting, and analyzing all PPC initiatives and campaigns. 
  • Increases effectiveness of campaigns through monitoring and testing keywords, ad copy, and keyword bids. 
  • Collaborate with external media partners eg. Google, Bing or Amazon to ensure campaigns are activated smoothly. 
  • Contribute to the growth of the team by participating in recurring meetings and effectively communicating insights, data analysis, test results, and learnings based on campaign performance.


  • At least 1 year of Paid Search experience within D2C/Ecommerce organization(s) required + experience with top platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work with cross functional teams to ensure implementation of marketing projects. 
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to interpret large data sets. You know all the important Excel functions like sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP, concatenations, and pivot tables. 
  • Strong team player. 
  • Possess problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all aspects of a professional work environment
