This individual will work with our SEM team, gathering, analyzing and reporting upon data for a variety of regional and national accounts.

A successful candidate will have a curious mind that can translate numbers and charts into recommendations for improving our online presence. This person will also have experience using web metrics to draw conclusions about the impact of past marketing initiatives, both online and offline. They must be able to communicate these findings, insights and recommendations to various internal agency departments.

Responsibilities:

  • PPC Campaign and Website Maintenance: updating budgets and delivery areas, keyword and ad changes, landing page changes, tracking code implementation 
  • PPC Reporting: PPC campaign results, lead numbers, conversion rates and costs per lead, the effect of outside marketing efforts 
  • PPC Planning: Recommending budgets, estimating campaign performance 
  • Internal support: Answering questions about PPC data, leads, database content, client-facing software programs 
  • Quality assurance for interactive reporting, website and database maintenance

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • BS Degree 
  • Knowledge of Google Adwords and Google Analytics 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
  • Ability to work well independently or as part of a team 
  • Desire to learn 
  • Organized and exhibits strong attention to detail 
  • Thrives in fast-paced, flexible environments 
  • Open to a collaborative work environment 
  • Understands the integration between offline & online marketing initiatives 
  • Can easily multi-task and adjust focus as needed 
  • 1+ Years of PPC specific experience 
  • Candidates must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States following an offer of employment.
