Risdall seeks a driven, energetic individual to work on our paid media team. Our ideal candidate has more than two years experience in paid search with a penchant for constantly learning and evolving in the digital space.

About the Role:

As a Paid Search Strategist you will create and implement strategies across paid search and other media channels that integrate seamlessly and successfully with a client’s overall marketing strategy. Tactics will include keyword research, paid search, paid social, digital advertising, display, programmatic, audio/video advertising and analytics. Certain aspects of your job will include:

  • Create strategies to help clients to achieve their goals 
  • Analyze a client’s existing digital marketing and reporting and make recommendations on how to improve their results across paid media tactics 
  • Analyze, research, and define keyword phrases 
  • Create analytics goals and implement analytics tools for clients 
  • Optimize, monitor and manage paid media campaigns 
  • Create custom dashboards for clients 
  • Meet with clients to discuss results and recommendations 
  • Analyze and evolve campaigns as they move forward to help our clients reach their goals 
  • Conduct training for clients and internal teams as necessary 
  • Manage time within budgets 
  • Keep abreast of trends, research, changes in the industry 
  • Maintain a self-motivated approach to learning and improving skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 2+ years of experience in paid search 
  • Google Certifications 
  • Experience working as part of a project team 
  • Strong analytical skills and a drive to dig deep 
  • Well-honed written and oral communications skills 
  • Proven skills in creating custom dashboards that focus on client goals
