As a Partnership Coordinator, you will have a genuine passion for guest service, assist with corporate and community partnerships, and have top notch organizational skills.   • *Work closely with the Senior Corporate Sponsorship Specialist, marketing and PR team, Potawatomi Hotel & Casino (PHC) team members, and casino ambassadors to ensure sponsorship and festival presence is maximized and executed properly. 
  • *Administer promotions on and off-site during prize drawings and giveaways. 
  • *Assist with research, development, execution, and evaluation of corporate festival and community sponsorships. 
  • *Assist with tracking details and recording retention of sponsorship events including maintaining spreadsheets; general communication; and gifts, prizes, and premiums awarded. 
  • *Input work orders, supply orders, and manages invoicing and billing along with contract submittals through purchasing. 
  • *Prepare quarterly reports for management and Director of Corporate Sponsorships and Partnerships. 
  • *Order and maintain inventory of all sponsorship promotional items. 
  • *Work with Purchasing department and vendors to contract services for sponsorships as assigned by management.
  • *Assist with set up and take down of equipment at sponsorship events and festivals. 
  • *Assist Senior Corporate Sponsorship Specialist with the post forma evaluation to determine if sponsorship should be continued, revised, or eliminated after each sponsorship/event.
  • Support other Marketing department partners with promotions as needed. 
  • Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. One year of marketing or sponsorship experience is preferred An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising is preferred. 
  • Must hold a valid, state-issued non-probationary Driver’s License and maintain a safe/good driving record including: a. No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years; b. No more than 2 at-fault accidents in the past 3 years; c. No conviction for driving while impaired (DWI) or driving under the influence (DUI) within the last 3 years. 
  • Office skills must include the ability to use standard office equipment and basic computer skills. 
  • The ability to use strong organization skills and attention to detail to accurately handle multiple job duties and projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • The ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information. 
  • The ability to interact with guests and team members professionally. 
  • The ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. 
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, hear, stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and move freely throughout the office and property for duration of scheduled shift. The team member is frequently required to use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The team member must be able to operate a personal computer. The team member may be required to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds on a regular basis and up to 50 pounds occasionally, with assistance. Team member must wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while performing job duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
