The Partnership Manager is responsible for recruiting new members to the organization. This position works independently to secure partnerships with prospective members, lead generation and tracking, properly communicating the Chamber value and closing the partnership process in a timely and professional manner. Secondarily, the position ensures partner satisfaction by offering marketing programs, creates networking and educational events and communicates regularly through traditional and digital channels.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple projects. Willingness to work in team structure to promote and grow the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.)

Some evening and early morning meetings are required with this position. Office hours are Mon.-Fri. 9:00am-5:00pm.
