As part of the Packers’ office in Milwaukee, WI, responsible for fulfilling and activating marketing partnerships by planning strategic business plans that deliver a measurable return on partner objectives (i.e. promotions, special events, advertising, social media, direct selling, direct mail, hospitality, business to business, etc.).

This position is located in the Packers’ Milwaukee Office. While still required to contribute to the overall success of the Sales & Business Development team, this position places special emphasis on partnerships and activities in Southeast Wisconsin.

  • Work directly with partners, both independently and with Account Executives, including senior management with major corporations, civic leaders, small business owners, marketing teams, agencies, etc.
  • In coordination with Account Executives help manage the activation and fulfillment of 20-40 marketing partnerships on an annual basis.
  • In coordination with Account Executives help manage sponsorship expenses including expense approval authority.
  • Contribute to the successful renewal of existing partnerships (with the assistance of Account Executives).
  • Focus on partners Return on Objectives, creating and executing strategic plans to exceed partner objectives.
  • Assist Account Executives with the development of new business.
  • Develop marketing plans for 20-40 clients (per coordinator) each year.
  • Develop sponsorship proposals for renewal business.
  • Responsible for tracking and executing the fulfillment of all contractual inventory for assigned accounts.
  • Utilize and update KORE (sponsorship and inventory tracking system).
  • Make real time recaps, proof of performance presentations and activation plans for all clients, while beginning the renewal sales cycle.
  • Serve as primary point-of-contact for partners, including facilitating daily client requests and interaction.
  • Organize and execute sponsor events, large Packers community events (5K run/walks, Training Camp, Family Night, Festival of Lights, Kickoff Weekend).
  • Work with internal departments to facilitate completion of promised elements.
  • Assist with the coordination and planning of internal events with the assistance of other departments (Shareholders, Family Night, etc.).
  • Assist with the coordinator of sponsorship elements pertaining to the development of Lambeau Field (Concessions, Gates, etc.).
  • Prepare, route and finalize partner contracts.
  • Monitor appropriate use of Packers brand in activation. Plan, activate and in some cases oversee game day activities (i.e. on-field contests, scoreboard promotions & advertising, exhibits, giveaways, hospitality, etc.)
  • Lead the Milwaukee Office’s internship program, provide mentoring to interns.

  • Work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings (i.e. games days, away games, sponsor trips, sales trips, etc.).
  • Interact with all levels of clients, both external (partners) and internal (including board members, senior management, etc.).
  • Some travel may be required, must be able to balance managing business while traveling for work.
  • Provide a positive attitude, collaborative nature and team focused mentality to everything you do.
  • Bachelor’s degree required and previous experience in sports (2-3 years preferred).
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing and sales.
  • Requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Requires above average computer skills, including word processing, PowerPoint and spreadsheet applications.
