Responsibilities:
Sales support:
Support activities in the sales process: schedule discovery calls, proposal meetings, take notes, prepare meeting rooms, conduct follow-ups, etc.
- Respond to all inquiries that come to partnerships@lolared.com
- Follow and manage partnerships process from Discovery Call to closing sale
- Setup discovery call
- Take notes on call that will help to assist team leading the proposal build-out and working with applicable team members to finalize
- Pull appropriate team members together to help put deck together. Work with Leadership Team on who to pull in and be a part of the pitch
Co-lead prospecting efforts alongside the Visionary, Integrator and Sales Team: research, build lists, pull contact information, conduct mailings, etc.
Identify and pursue new business prospects that fit the “ideal” Lola Red client criteria
Research and collect information for market analysis, RFP’s and prospective opportunities
Update and maintain internal sales database/CRM
Handle department paperwork including discovery call documents, new business download documents, new client forms and contracts
Maintain and manage strategic partner & referral partner network and database
Prepare materials and presentation decks for sales meetings including proofing proposals and other sales materials
Maintain templates for Lola Red to assist in new business pitching efforts
Attend sales pitches and support pitch with additional members of Lola Red team
Internal:
Attend networking events on behalf of Lola Red (when able)
Build relationships with CMOs and founders of companies

Reports to: Integrator
Goals:
- Track and held accountable for Sales Scorecard and related KPIs
- Work with subject matter team leads to update new clients each month for you to prospect
- Prospect 12 – 15 new leads each week (hold sales team accountable for 25 leads/wk)
- Secure 2 – 3 net new pieces of business each month
- Co-lead the development and execution of a new business strategy with Visionary and VP of Operations + Integrator
