Photographer / Videographer

Job Brief:

Torque Fitness is a growing Twin Cities e-commerce and B2B fitness brand looking to expand their team with the addition of an in-house photographer and videographer.This position will work closely with the internal marketing and product team to create professional level photography and videography content for website, social media, Youtube, print, events, digital marketing and more.

Responsibilities:

• Take product photography and videography for multiple websites
• Edit photography and videography for social media, digital ads, website and more
• Shoot creative, vertical content for social media in collaboration with marketing team (Tiktok, Reels and more)
• Work closely with in-house marketing team to develop on-brand content
• Assist or lead on larger scale photo shoots, be able to collaborate with outside photographers and videographers
• Follow the visual rules set in place by the brand guidelines
• Coordinate photo and video needs; you will work directly with our team/department leads to create any needed product or lifestyle photo/video shoots
• Follow proper principles of design/photography
• Edit all content for a variety of use-cases and different formats such as social, youtube and more
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to arrange and assist with product setup to shoot
• Come up with new and creative photo and video ideas
• Photograph and film events and product installations
• Provide proper use of studio lighting
• Have deliverables completed by or before the due date

Requirements:

• Previous Experience (3+ years highly preferred) in Photo/Video, with examples of work to show
• Social media knowledge, specific to content performance
• Product photography experience with large scale product preferred
• Knowledge and passion for fitness space
• Ability to move around equipment
• Adobe Premiere
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Lightroom
• Gimbal Expertise
• Video Editing
• Photo Editing
• Knowledge of studio photography and light setup
• Knowledge of lifestyle photography and light setup
• Knowledge of product photography and light setup
• Following Brand Guidelines
• Timeliness

Preferred & Additional Skills:

• 2+ year in a Design/Marketing Agency or similar
• Bachelors Degree in Photography
• Motion Graphic skills
• Motion Stacking Photography
• Background in Fitness Photography
• Passion for the fitness industry

• In-person position, based in Coon Rapids, MN
