The Physician and Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Recruitment Liaison acts as a liaison between Physician & APC candidates and the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) before, during and following the interview process.

The Physician and Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) Recruitment Liaison acts as a liaison between Physician & APC candidates and the Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) before, during and following the interview process. This individual participates in establishing and maintaining positive relationships with MCHS Physicians & APCs, MCHS leadership and contacts in the community particularly as they relate to recruitment and retention.

Requirements:

Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, writing/communicating to a variety of audiences, and excellent organizational skills in addition to one of the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, health administration, communications or other related fields, and two years of experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations or;
  • Associate degree (or 60 post high school degree credits) in healthcare, business, program administration or related field, and six years of experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations.
  • High school diploma, and ten years of experience in customer service, sales, physician recruitment, onboarding, human resources, and/or public relations.
  • Plus a valid State of Wisconsin driver’s license with acceptable driving record


Preferred/Optional Experience:

  • Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) certification from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment (AAPPR)
