Position Details

PPC Manager

The PPC Manager works/leads the RyTech paid team on new and existing advertising campaigns, focusing on growing clients presence, relevant traffic and conversions on a variety of new and established channels. The PPC Manager should be well versed in commonly used ad channels such as Google, Bing & Facebook while continuously learning about new potential channels that may fit a client's target market. This position will also assist & lead in monthly reporting, new campaign strategy, and project management for all new and existing clients.

  • Strong understanding of the workings of Google & Bing Ads interface, Google Ads Editor, and Social Ads interfaces 
  • Experience in Google Analytics with data analysis skills 
  • Create dynamic advertising campaigns with the goal of getting clients in front of their potential customers 
  • Understand effective channels to target a clients ideal customer, whether through search or social 
  • In-depth understanding of keyword research and the ability to manage cost effective keyword targets/keyword groupings based on competitive metrics 
  • Ability to identify issues with search/social campaigns, creative, targeting or landing pages and effectively communicate and fix these issues 
  • Coordinate with Organic Social and Organic SEO teams to ensure consistency across campaigns. 
  • Ability to communicate needs to Design Team for graphical ads 
  • Manage team of Digital Advertising Associates, identifying individual strengths and ensuring each person is in a position to succeed for our clients 
  • Oversee & lead in biweekly or monthly reporting, as needed for clients across a variety of verticals 
  • 1+ years of PPC 
  • Technical & Creative experience a bonus 
  • Strong written, analytical, and verbal communication skills 
  • Client management experience 
  • Google Ads Certification (required), additional advertising certifications not necessary but preferred 
  • Google Analytics Certified (preferred)
  • Salary, commensurate with experience - $45,000 - $50,000
