The PR, Social & Content Account Executive is an integral position within the agency. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of full-time experience, is a content creation powerhouse and has a true passion for writing and media relations. They will assist with the execution of public relations campaigns and projects, as well as content marketing programs.

  • Execute media relations and content marketing campaigns from start to finish 
  • Track placements and prove impact of media relations and content marketing through results reports 
  • Ideate and write content in a variety of formats, often in collaboration with an art director or other team members 
  • Produce written communications that are clear, compelling and appropriate to the project, audience and medium 
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate complex subject matter into simple and compelling stories
  • Identify new opportunities to leverage clients in the media 
  • Exhibit understanding of media training and crisis communications 
  • Demonstrate advanced project management 
  • Support billing for your accounts 
  • Establish a professional rapport with clients, building their trust and confidence 
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member with the public relations department and other agency associates 
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and arrange for others to check work for accuracy and quality
  • Take all steps necessary for effective and timely fulfillment of client and agency projects 
  • Stay informed on industries and issues that are important to clients
  • The successful candidate should possess at least four years of relevant experience 
  • Media relations must be a passion as the successful candidate will spend a majority of his/her/their time creating media strategies, pitching, coordinating interviews, developing relationships with media and motivating the team to secure placements 
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills, including experience writing for complex subject matter and industries 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment and ability to thrive under pressure 
  • The ideal candidate should have a can-do attitude, curiosity, integrity and a We Before Me philosophy 
  • Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship
