Punch PR seeks an ambitious Account Supervisor to join our growing team. The candidate will have over five years of agency experience executing exceptional client work.

The Account Supervisor (AS) will lead on assigned accounts, bringing bold ideas, razor-sharp insights, and passion for creating a massive impact for our unique and diverse mix of clients. The AS is expected to be able to demonstrate exceptional media relations skills and manage multiple high-profile projects.

Additionally, as a leader and ambassador for Punch, the AS will mentor and inspire team members and peers. This position requires excellent writing skills, a strong desire to win, and the ability to lead projects from concept to implementation.

The AS will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of key accounts and the account team, as well as sharing the value created with clients, management, and colleagues.

You'll also lead a talented team on exciting accounts by providing project oversight and daily tactical execution.

You will oversee multiple projects for fantastic clients while anticipating their challenges, proposing solutions, offering counsel, and ensuring deadlines are achieved within defined budgets. You'll help manage the millions of media mentions, story placements, and influencer content we work to secure each month. You will counsel your clients and write compelling media materials that engage with journalists and producers by telling exciting and relevant brand stories.

Most importantly, you will manage the account workflow among team members to ensure that client objectives are met.

Must have public relations, marketing, and communications-based experience, but here are a few additional qualifying guidelines:

  • 5-7 years of experience B.S. in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field 
  • Strong interest in clean energy, financial services, consumer products, professional services, technology, and B2B communications 
  • You must be able to initiate action and focus on earning results 
  • You must be able to articulate an abstract or complex idea in a way that effortlessly relates to the intended audience 
  • You must be able to keep a team of colleagues and clients focused, on-task, and excited about their roles on challenging and career-making initiatives
