Our agency is searching for an experienced PR Associate who desires rewarding work and would enjoy working in an energetic, fast-paced environment. The ideal person will be passionate, self-driven and articulate, and must understand the importance of consistently meeting all client needs.


  • Meet all deadlines without exception
  • Research, as assigned
  • Writing, editing and proofing of press releases, stories, plans, etc.
  • Time management of projects to meet or perform more efficiently than allotted hours
  • Media relations in conjunction with oversight from AE/AS to develop story angles, media lists, execute pitching, draft questions and talking points
  • Daily project management to support projects as assigned by AE/AS
  • Develop client pipelines and client call notes
  • Assemble media clips and metric reports
  • Scan media coverage
  • Taking initiative to stay current and develop intimate knowledge of Internet marketing and how our clients can apply the tools to their businesses
  • Consistently update client binders that include all marketing and PR projects done on specific accounts
  • Development of creative briefs
  • Willingness to take on additional projects/spend additional time in order to get jobs done
  • Opening jobs in billing system
  • Entering new clients into billing system
  • Assists Director, AE/AS with new business research and opportunities


  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or other
  • Agency experience preferred, prior relative work experience needed
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and set/meet all deadlines
  • Polished communications skills via phone, in-person and written
  • Flexibility to conform to changing client needs

Will be based on experience and skills.
