PR + Social Media Intern

We're looking for PR-savvy, social media-focused intern to join our team. The qualified candidate will have a strong working knowledge of popular social platforms, working knowledge of the digital landscape, and how to apply social media in the real world, using real news and relevant content. If you're the right internship candidate, then you're a go-getter, a problem solver, a team player and a great writer.

You'll support a team with assigned accounts by providing day-to-day tactical execution in social media and social influencer management. This position will include tracking social results, writing compelling content and engaging with digital influencers to help them tell great brand stories. Daily activities will include:

• Social content development, social monitoring, tracking, reporting and networking
• PR and social media account support as assigned
• Management of social content, editorial and event calendars

• You must be intellectually curious while maintaining a desire to tell the next great story
• You must have an action-oriented default setting 
• You must be able to write for social media 
• You should be comfortable with a fluid, autonomous and professional environment
