PR Team Leader

You’re a confident leader and passionate motivator. You love activating PR plans and championing a team. You manage multiple PR and content projects and deadlines with ease and a high degree of detail.

You excel at turning visions into real plans of action; you love getting it done as much as the ideation stage. A skilled PR practitioner, you’re looking to lead forward-thinking strategic counsel, including plan development, content strategy, social media strategy, activation planning and more. You’ve managed direct reports and PR programs before so you’re well-versed in organizing projects, operations and people. Your strategic communication experience also includes generating content with a focus on strong interviewing, writing and editing. Your agency experience means you know how to align teams and develop solid relationships with key subject matter experts. Teammates would call you logical, decisive, smart, creative and hard-working. You’re someone who is always looking to grow and do the best work, no matter what it takes. Most of all, you want to work with a team and client that champions greatness and is looking to push boundaries in the name of better results.

Here’s why we want you:

  • You have six to nine years of agency experience and a bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing or communications. 
  • You’ve managed at least two employees with responsibility for their performance and success. 
  • You excel at organizing and motivating a team and are passionate about helping team members grow. 
  • You have proven content development skills, media relations skills, trade show experience, and PR monitoring and reporting expertise. 
  • You have the ability to build relationships and your love of teamwork is unmatched. 
  • You’ve managed PR programs and have experience budgeting projects and managing budgets. 
  • You’re passionate about content with experience writing for a variety of channels. 
  • You’re on top of your PR game and want to continue to grow and develop your career.
