Presentation Designer

POSITION SUMMARY:

A NorthRock Presentation Designer works in direct collaboration with various department leaders to create PowerPoint presentations, collateral, and various technical design needs, as assigned. The preferred candidate is proactive, driven, organized, strategic, and optimistic, with a designer’s eye and the skills to match. This role is uniquely positioned to impact our exceptional clients, prospective clients, and internal colleagues. This person willplay a key role on the Marketing and Brand team.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND MINDSET:

• Work samples or a portfolio will aid our consideration. 
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a relevant discipline preferably Design, Marketing, Communications, etc. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Apple iOS 
• Adobe Creative Suite expertise 
• Emotional maturity, professional mentality, and the utmost discretion 
• United States work authorization 
• Criminal Background check is required

• Design presentations in PowerPoint 
• Nurture, develop and commit to the integrity of the NorthRock brands 
• Have awareness across various communication channels, ensuring we are communicating consistently and effectively

• Lend a hand beyond your job description – i.e., straightening a conference room when it doesn’t look neat or clean

WHO YOU ARE:

• A presentation designer with 3-5 years of experience in a marketing department or creative agency – new business / pitch development experience is a plus. 
• Someone with a keen sense of process and best practices, as it relates to the production of marketing materials 
• Personable, outgoing, and able to build relationships –even via Zoom! 
• Excellent at writing and communicating with others 
• A self-starter who can activate and execute with attention to detail 
• Known for being ambitious and curious 
• A good human with a strong code of ethics
