What We Look For:

We are searching for a full-time Integrated Producer with 1-2 years of experience working in the video and/or experiential production industry. This job requires an underlying knowledge in the basics of video + experiential production from conception through delivery, a general knowledge of pre-production, production, and post-production, and an understanding of agency roles and workflows. First and foremost, however, the job requires strong communication skills, excellent planning and organizational skills, and the ability to not just juggle but prioritize multiple tasks.

Basic Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields. 
  • Knowledge of healthcare and digital is not a requirement, but a strong plus. 
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Website or Reel must be submitted with demonstrated experience. 
  • Has knowledge of the basics of video + experiential production from conception through delivery 
  • Has a strong understanding of timelines, vendor sourcing, editing workflows, and file structuring 
  • Willingness to travel to attend activations, post-production sessions, and location shoots 
  • Prior experiential activation experience is preferred 
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and office-related tasks 
  • Knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office, communication platforms Zoom, Teams, Google Meets, etc. 
  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented, a clear note-taker, and a clean and concise e-mail writer 
  • Ability to handle financial documents, invoices, and budgets and capable of making real-time decisions 
  • Able to overcome challenging requirements and demonstrate creativity and innovation in finding ways to execute never-been-done-before ideas 
  • The candidate will report to one or more producers and able to work collaboratively with other team members 
  • Able to adapt easily to changing project needs and processes 
  • Is a self-starter and has an insatiable appetite to learn and be mentored 
  • Actively participates as an enthusiastic team member

$56,000 - $84,000 a year.

An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
