Transforming potential into possibility lies at the heart of the work of the Kacmarcik Center for Human Performance (KCHP). The Product Content Strategist plays an integral supporting role in this work as part of the KCHP Products and Strategic Growth team.

In this role, you will tell the KCHP story through product-based content strategy and tactics that skillfully drive business goals and inspire market demand. You will excel in this role if you are equal parts creative and strategic and find personal and professional satisfaction elevating messages that matter to support a bigger mission.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive, market-ready product content plans that measurably support and align with KCHP’s mission impact and sales goals. 
  • Define and develop savvy voice and tone that position emerging KCHP products to achieve sales goals. 
  • Develop and produce a wide-array of content (product and freemium media) including blogs, case studies, podcasts, videos, social media with the primary goal to support sales and KCHP audience growth goals. 
  • Perform as point person in our team-based approach to social media, coordinating a creative and comprehensive content experience that builds engagement and drives sales goals. 
  • Develop email and other communications in Hubspot. 
  • Ensure our website has regular, fresh content that it properly reflects KCHP activity and product development. 
  • Research, benchmark, and measure the success of all product content materials to ensure a winning, thoughtful strategy. 
  • Cultivate strong proprietary relationships with key content partners (traditional and new media) to place product content and drive market share. 
  • Work with various media contacts to amplify our voice and share more about the KCHP. 
  • Use data to measure and detail the impact your work is having on team sales and impact goals.
  • Cultivate strong ties into the corporate creative services team to ensure coherence of brand messages and smart resource collaboration.

Education:

Successful candidates will possess:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven years of experience in a relevant field. 
  • At least three years of experience in content marketing, communications, PR, or content development. 
  • A strong portfolio of writing samples. 
  • Comfort and familiarity using a Content Management System (CMS). 
  • Well-versed in AP Style.
This 12-month, hybrid office position (at least 2.5 days per week at the Grafton-based hub-quarters, reports to the KCHP Director of Partnerships and Strategic Growth).

  • You are passionate about people and helping them discover and achieve their goals. 
  • You’re a creative, strategic storyteller and enjoy conveying messages over an array of media (visual, written, social, web, print). 
  • Your experience in PR means you’ve built a core set of skills, including interviewing, writing and media relations. 
  • Teammates would call you a self-starter, team player and relationship builder. 
  • You pride yourself in your writing skills, positive attitude, and your ability to juggle multiple projects with a high level of accuracy. 
  • You excel at building relationships with teammates, clients and media contacts and love going into the field to capture a great story.
