Responsibilities:

The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the lifecycle of assigned product and service lines. Specifically, this role is responsible for managing the strategic and technical execution of product lines and portfolios, working closely with PES leaders, Market Managers, and Systems and Operations to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the creation, design, revision or re-imagination of assigned service and training products 
  • Identify and target customer needs and make fact-based strategic decisions for assigned service and training products 
  • Manage and prepare products into final formats and delivery-ready 
  • Manage business goals and ensure quality and fidelity of offerings 
  • Create a culture of collaboration and respect 
  • Assure a safe and secure environment for patients, staff, guests, and visitors too

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree business or relevant field 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product or service management or design 
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products 
  • Excellent communication skills to listen and articulate to a wide spectrum of individuals in different disciplines 
  • Analytical mind with a passion for market data and information 
  • Creative mind that seeks new and innovate ways to do things 
  • Excellent writing and oral skills 
  • Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects. 
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. 
  • Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or certification in Product Management 
  • Direct experience working in healthcare, behavioral health or addiction medicine 
  • Direct experience working with training or consultation packages and products
