ROLE:

Reporting to the CEO, this position is responsible for leading product marketing and strategy for Kiio’s digital therapeutic lines. This individual provides strategic and tactical leadership on product vision, roadmap and timelines, new product opportunities and development, and product requirements and priorities. This position works closely with the senior leaders in sales and marketing to understand the voice of the customer and develop target markets, product positioning, and pricing strategy. Initially responsible for product ownership and management, as Kiio grows this role will be responsible for building out and mentoring the product marketing and product management team, including providing guidance on feature definition and strategic priorities to product owners to align with company priorities.

As a member of the leadership team, this individual contributes to overall company vision, roadmaps, and priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Thoroughly understand Kiio’s digital therapeutic line(s), the competitive digital therapeutics landscape, the healthcare technology market, consumer-centric healthcare products, and potential new markets 
  • Develop vision and set strategy for product direction – including new product ideas and markets 
  • Own all aspects of Kiio’s digital therapeutic product lines; working closely with all other functional areas, manage your product lines through the entire life cycle from strategic planning through requirements and feature definition through release and support of Kiio’s sales goals 
  • Initially, establish product roadmaps and timelines, including defining and prioritizing requirements; later, provide guidance to product management 
  • Work with sales to make sure sales team is properly trained to deliver positioning to prospects 
  • Develop positioning strategy and work with marketing/experience to execute on strategy 
  • In collaboration with sales and marketing/experience, create market strategy, including target customer definition and timing 
  • In collaboration with the CEO and sales, determine pricing strategies and structures

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist sales and customer experience in interfacing with customers and prospects to understand their needs and priorities 
  • In collaboration with the executive team and sales, seek, develop, and manage strategic partnerships related to Kiio’s digital therapeutic business lines 
  • Effectively communicate product vision and status throughout all levels of the organization; present detailed product status to CEO and executive leadership; be prepared and comfortable presenting to the Board of Directors 
  • Assist with other business issues as-needed including personnel management, reporting, budgeting, HR, corporate ambassador, and presentations

EDUCATION:

  • Minimum BS in relevant field
