Starkey is looking for a dynamic Product Marketing Associate who will work closely with the Product Marketing team and other functional departments including Sales, Product Management, and communications to develop and execute product marketing strategies and plans including engagement planning to drive strong product adoption based off a solid segmentation, position, and messaging planning.

Our product marketing associate will:

  • Shape product commercialization activity for existing hearing health technology or private label new product development 
  • Develop and manage comprehensive product launch engagement and communication plans, in close partnership with the Product Marketing team 
  • Manage the coordination of the development, design, and production of marketing materials 
  • Develop plans to educate key stakeholders, including hearing professionals, hearing aid wearers, customer support and commercial teams 
  • Execute integrated global product engagement programs utilizing modern engagement technologies within all channels 
  • Collaborate and proactively solicit input from International Director and align with commercial marketing partners in EMEA, APAC, Latin America, and Canada to ensure consistent marketing strategy and messaging globally 
  • Create product marketing performance dashboard and evaluate program impact and reassess objectives and outcomes, responsible for continuous improvement of the engagement plans 
  • Assist in articulating needs to provide direction for product development, clinical, operations and other functions critical to bringing hearing health technology to the market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree in marketing, advertising, or related field 
  • Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience working in the medical device, life science research, pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry
