Position Details

Product Marketing Coordinator
Twin Cities Metro
Minnetonka, MN

Medica’s Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing product marketing strategies within our Individual Family Business segment. This Coordinator will partner with our Product Marketing Communications Manager to understand product marketing strategies, coordinate campaign planning and marketing communications to efficiently support Medica’s services and products.

In addition, our Product Marketing Coordinator creates communications that promote the organization and its services through various means including digital, direct mail, videos, social media, and online content and other traditional and digital promotional channels.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business related degree; equivalent combination of education and work experience will also be considered 
  • 3+ years of healthcare experience, including product support/management/DTC marketing/ member communications 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working within the ACA/Individual product market
  • DTC digital marketing experience strongly preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines 
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments 
  • Ability to work independently and seek solutions to problems 
  • Demonstrated experience using data tools (Excel, Microsoft Office, and document management tools) to drive work progress, track trends, monitor performance and proactively identify issues and gaps 
  • Well-developed analytical skills to evaluate and determine the appropriate course of action 
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships within the organization and work cross-functionally to meet business needs
