The Product Marketing Manager will have full ownership ofP&Landstrategy for new business expansion and will be instrumental in building and expanding our success in consumer shredding. They will collaborate and partner with brand and direct commerce teams, to develop and execute strategies and tactics to support new business initiatives. This is a lead position reporting directly into the North American Chief Marketing Officer.


  • Ownership of P&L and strategy for new business expansion, including product positioning, consumer segmentation/use cases, and go to market strategy 
  • Collaborates and partners with brand and direct commerce teams, to develop and execute strategies and tactics to support new business initiative 
  • Executes plans within committed resources in conjunction with management direction 
  • Collaborate & partner with the Global Product Development and Market Development teams to frame strategy and deliver new product development in conjunction with the new product development process 
  • Mines industry and user data for new insights for the business, products and market(s) 
  • Assesses competition, threats and recommends plan of action 
  • Provide ‘voice of the consumer’ advocacy and expertise to ensure on-point end to end consumer experience 
  • Assist in the development of annual objectives, programs and projects, which will improve the annual results 
  • Responsible for annual product life cycle planning
  • BS/BA is required, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing (product, brand, channel, digital) or sales 
  • Has an appreciation for user, shared services and customer needs 
  • Can-Do Mindset; the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment 
  • Ability to effectively communicate, present, and persuade across a team and executive management 
  • Strong general business acumen 
  • Experience with Direct to Consumer / Direct to Business / Ecommerce channels preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. 
  • Must possess good business instincts, problem solving and decision-making capability 
  • Travel: Approximately 10-15%
