The Product Marketing Manager will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, tactics, and products to drive growth, enable sales and increase of penetration of CHFS products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support product commercialization for marketing of existing products, including collateral development, product positioning, marketing messaging, competitive positioning, and promotional campaigns/programs. 
  • Develop and manage sales and physician training programs 
  • Develop sales and marketing tools and promotional materials in collaboration with commercial sales team 
  • Manage communication of clinical data, competitive positioning and industry updates 
  • Determine strategies, drive content and participate in sales meetings, conferences, tradeshows, and events 
  • Identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders 
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of market development strategies to enable new therapy adoption 
  • Determine customer needs and requirements through active presence in the field 
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or Health Care degree and 3 years of experience in product or market management OR Masters, Business Administration with a minimum of one year of experience in product or market management. 
  • Medical device experience strongly preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
