The Production Account Manager serves as key project manager ensuring all activities related to creative are carried out effectively and efficiently for Spectrum Reach clients. The Production Account Manager oversees and orchestrates all steps of the coordination process through the airing of the commercial and post-air feedback while interfacing with sales, post-production, creative and operations. This position has overall responsibility for making sure that all campaigns are followed through from beginning to end. This position works closely with sales management and other production leadership team members to help establish and ensure a smooth, efficient experience for each production effort related to creation of Spectrum Reach’s customer advertisements.

  • Works very closely with the production and editing teams, as well as sales to execute the day to day coordination of hundreds of creative pieces per year.
  • Develops and ensures continuity in the production process so that all aspects of the production are efficient and effective. 
  • Serves as the overall orchestrator of multiple projects going on simultaneously. 
  • Writes, creates and presents multi-platform campaigns to clients. 
  • Creates budgets and estimates for creative materials as part of the overall pitch to clients. 
  • Coordinates brainstorming and ideation meetings.
  • Interfaces with production teams to be sure all aspects of production are being executed in a timely manner and as presented to the client. 
  • Consistently looks to streamline and improve processes, and may suggest best practices.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously 
  • In depth knowledge of film production techniques including editing, filming, voice over insertions, time needed for projects and best practices for execution related to production services is essential 
  • Experience with creative script writing, pitching, presenting and production budgeting necessary 
  • 2+ years of experience in coordination related to Production, preferably in the space of advertising is preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively. Previous experience working in a fast-paced production or creative team is essential 
  • Ability to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner 
  • Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. related graphic and editing software, word processing, spreadsheet, etc.) 
  • Ability to manage and organize media, footage and projects 
  • Ability to work independently  
  • BA or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience
