As a Production Artist / Designer, you’ll work with our team of designers and account managers to develop engaging marketing materials that help meet client objectives. You must be thoughtful, creative and quick thinking to succeed in this role.

Looking for a self-starter and team player with a positive attitude and collaborative personality. Other needs include:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects across multiple accounts at once.
  • Have a strong interest in social trends and emerging digital technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: must be able to work closely with designers, account managers and suppliers.
  • Meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prepare, adjust and implement print and online materials, including: print advertising, marketing collateral, web files and social media graphics.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy and final preparation of finished art and files and deliver to client or vendor for final production. 
  • Help develop creative ideas and concepts, individually and as a team
  • Assist the team with day-to-day requests including image selection, materials gathering, and reformatting creative for various channels.
  • Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite – particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong MS Office Skills – especially MS PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of the principles of design, color theory, layout, photography
    and typography
  • Knowledge of proper grammar and ability to proofread materials
  • Digital marketing knowledge is a bonus, but not required
