  • Ensure all production files comply with printer and vendor specifications (bleed, resolution, color matching, dielines, etc.).
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, marketing managers, packaging engineers, and regulatory teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and brand consistency.
  • Retouch, resize, and reformat existing assets for web, e-commerce, email, and social platforms.
  • Conduct preflight checks and troubleshoot any artwork or formatting issues before handing off to printers or digital teams.
  • Maintain organized file systems and version control across multiple SKUs and product categories.
  • Support seasonal launches and promotional campaigns with quick turnarounds and high-volume output.
  • Stay informed on current packaging trends and printing techniques to maintain the brands in tune with trends.
  • Familiarity with FDA/INCI labeling requirements or CPG compliance.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in production art or graphic design, preferably in CPG.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Deep understanding of packaging production, print setup, and color proofing.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly.
  • Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and remain versatile.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tasks and systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, especially when working with ingredient lists and regulatory copy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of staff.
  • Familiarity with FDA/INCI labeling requirements or CPG compliance a plus.
  • Experience working with packaging vendors and print suppliers.

Salary Range: $50,000 to $65,000 per year.
